She is also very generous, my hair needs alot of work and she kindly suggested a lot of different ways and products that I can use to take care of my hair she even gave me a sample until I get my own shampoo. I didn’t have any expectations going into the appointment because of how my dark my roots were and how red my hair was at the bottom. I asked if doing a blonde balayage was even possible and Erblina took the time to explain everything throughout the whole appointment. She said that she’d try but the goal was to keep my hair in a healthy condition in which I was appreciative of. She’s a miracle worker and she definitely puts her heart into what she does! We had a consultation prior to the appointment and Erblina and I went over expectations and what we’re going to do, I wanted to go lighter from a really dark hair and add some brown/caramel tones which every salon I went to told me I won’t be able to get to that and left me with a very disappointing result. So glad I found Erblina! Not only the result was gorgeous but my hair also looks shiny and healthy and she cut it really nice!
